Microsoft Sway allows you to embed an Excel spreadsheet, table, or range from Excel online. Your Sway presentation will update automatically with the latest version of the Excel file.

0 -> If you're working in Microsoft's
Sway and you're putting a presentation
2.879 -> together, you may want to embed a
spreadsheet. There's only a couple steps
7.319 -> to go through to get it done. I have my
presentation right here. It only has this
12 -> one title card and on the other tab of
my browser is this spreadsheet that I'm
18.21 -> going to embed into this Sway. It's
going to be live and it'll update if I
23.189 -> update the spreadsheet. Go to the plus
sign to add some more content. Go to
28.59 -> Media and choose Embed. Now this is
waiting for you to paste the code into
36.649 -> this box. Go over to your spreadsheet.
This is Microsoft Excel online. You may
44.579 -> have to upload your spreadsheet to here
in the first place if you don't have it
47.7 -> online yet. Go to the File menu,
choose share, and choose the Embed option.

that is asking you what part of it
64.47 -> you want to share. For this demonstration, we'll just do the entire workbook, but

tables. We'll keep all of this the

hide the gridlines if you want and the

hidden so that's good because the

code that you need copy this. Go over to

card that's waiting for your code. Paste
94.829 -> that code in. After you've pasted the
code in, just go out of the box somewhere.
100.619 -> It's done. You don't see it yet. If you press play, here's the title card.
105.329 -> If you scroll down, this one's set to
scroll vertical with data you can do it
110.22 -> horizontal as well, you'll see your
spreadsheet. It's a live spreadsheet.

around if you want. If you go back

update. That's how you do a linked
