78.909 -> Manually you can do that in device managers numerous different ways again - device manager
83.59 -> but we're going to show this way we can click on the
86.619 -> Tab here like so and then you see here this PC or a beep
91.42 -> Whatever you've called it [right-click] this and you want to click manage
95.35 -> Ok and this will open up this box computer management
100.659 -> From there you can see device manager and this one. I'm not device manager ok another way to quickly do [it]
106.799 -> I'll just quickly show is right click on the start button here and you can
111.7 -> Look up in here, and you'll see device manager here
114.63 -> And this will just open this up straight away like so depending which way you want to go about it
118.829 -> but it's both the same now once you're inside here as you can see this is your
124.659 -> machine here now what you're looking for is display adapters and
128.8 -> Display adapters, you can see is a [virtualbox] graphics adapter here in this case
133.12 -> but what we're [going] to be looking for on your site will be amd or
137.32 -> Nvidia and it will [left] the name of your graphics card here, okay now
140.88 -> You could [right-click] on this and uninstall it this way if you wanted to or [you] can use the method that I'm going to use
148.54 -> [also], you can come into the properties area here, and you can also see driver
152.64 -> And there's an option here to Rollback the driver
155.01 -> And this is another good way of trying to go to an older version of the driving cases an issue like that as well
160.98 -> but if you want [uninstalled] [it] that's what I advise you to do is click [on] install and get rid of it and
165.91 -> Then download the latest version before you do all this okay?
171.52 -> so first off you want to get onto the internet and
174.73 -> Get your driver surf as long as it's not complete completely blue screen in all the time you can do this option
180.97 -> so you want to get on the internet and go to your
184.57 -> [NvIdia]
187.33 -> and
188.86 -> then type in video in here, and then you can click on drivers and
192.91 -> Then you can get the latest drivers for you and the same thing for [a] and they pick out your graphics card
198.13 -> You'll know which graphics [card] you've got and then you select here and then you download them drivers
203.88 -> Okay, do a search and it will let you download those drivers once you've got the latest drivers
208.05 -> You're pretty much good to [go] same thing for amd just type amd in there
212.56 -> Educate your drivers now once you've got your drivers you want to get into safe mode [ok]
218.38 -> So now we've got our driver on our desktop ready to go and what we're going to do is get into safe mode
223.09 -> Now windows 8 or windows 8.1 is a bit more trickier as long as you can get [to] the desktop for us for a little
228.78 -> While you can actually get into safe mode, we're going to go to the run here by right-clicking on the start button
234.16 -> Type in here Ms. Config. Just like I've got here click ok and
239.38 -> Once you're inside here
242.53 -> You will go to the boot tab here on the boot tab there should be a little boot options here
247.66 -> Now once you finish this you will need to remove this but this will allow you to boost straight into safe mode
252.489 -> Ok and apply [this] and ok and then restart the system
262.17 -> Okay, so we'll [just] let this load in
266.94 -> Now we're at the safe mode option here
269.97 -> And what we want to do here is if you're going to be doing it this way. I would advise [you] to uninstall using the
277.26 -> display driver [and] [installer]
278.99 -> this is a great program for getting rid of all the remnants from all those display drivers click on this okay, and
286.59 -> then once you've got the display and installing you can see that it's short for DDU and
292.05 -> We've got it selected on amd at the moment now depending whether you've got an amd
297.03 -> graphics driver Award or
299.52 -> Nvidia you would select which one you want
303.9 -> Once you've done that. Okay. You can remove the [see] area here
307.76 -> This is what I'd advise you to do
309.42 -> Because these remnants here will be having all those foals in so you want to make [sure] you get rid [of] everything
314.69 -> So put the tick inside here to see amd or the C NVIdia folder that will have all those dots
321.83 -> [it's] files in you want to get rid of all [of] that stuff and replace it with a brand new graphics driver, okay?
328.35 -> so depending on whether it's on amd or
331.86 -> Or [NvIdia] that's what you need to do here then click on this one at the top clean and restart
339.33 -> That's highly recommended now uninstall everything and remove all the remnants from that machine
344.28 -> Do that once you've done that you're pretty much good to go you can then reinstall your driver which you've downloaded
352.68 -> Rebuild a system, and you should be okay?
358.56 -> Now before you go back to the desktop. You'll need to come into the run area here so right click on the start button
368.25 -> type in a msCOnfig and
370.47 -> Go back to that boot tab and then remove that safe boot tick under the boot Tab ok
377.28 -> restart
388.5 -> And should be back at a desktop. You can run in your new driver if you wish but once you do that
393.8 -> You can look in your device manager
396.17 -> And you should have a new install of that driver now
400.4 -> And hopefully this will eradicate your issue that you're having with that blue screen
406.58 -> [okay], now monitor it and see what happens and see how it goes now for the blue screens. Go away
411.65 -> You fix the problem if you still get in issues after this then there's something more sinister
416.85 -> Okay
417.35 -> now if you're overclocking your graphics card you want us drop that down at stock settings and
421.68 -> Do not overclock until you diagnose the problem. Okay? If you're still [having] problems after that it's time to start searching for
429.6 -> Hardware issues, it could be a your graphics cards failing could be memory issues could be all sorts of things like [that]
436.34 -> But this is the first steps that you want to do to make [sure] you can eradicate any issues with that blue screen there, okay?
443.82 -> Anyway, I'm going to wrap this one up. My name is Brian from Bright Tech computer code, okay?
448.41 -> if you enjoy these videos guys then hit the thumbs up button it really does help me out and also hit the
453.51 -> Subscribe button if you want to keep up to [date] when I upload new videos
458.19 -> Also, if you've got any problems for your computers you can always head over to my forums and post on there
463.4 -> And we can help you out over there, or if you've got any questions, or you want to contact me
467.19 -> Then the forums is the place to go and the informations up on the screen right now, [okay]?
472.2 -> Anyway, have a great day, and I [will] see you again in [the] next video. Bye [for] now
