Solution:

1.Goto control panel - troubleshooting.

2.Click”view all” option and then double click on it-windows store apps.

3.Now the windows troubleshooter starts to diagnosing the error.

4.This takes longtime, so wait a moments.

5.Now goto “Run” then type”regedit”.

6.Now goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE - SOFTWARE - Microsoft - Windows media foundation.

7.Now click “platform” folder andthen right click on it and goto “DWORD 32 bit value” option.

8.Rename that folder to “EnableFrameServerMode”.

9.Then right click on it then goto “Modify” option and set value to ” 0 “.

10.Finally once restart your pc the error is solved.
