0.51 -> What’s up guys, in this tutorial, I will
show you how to fix the network connection
5 -> error you are getting when trying to play
Apex Legends on your mobile device.
10.06 -> This should be quite an easy tutorial, for
more information, click on the first link
14.769 -> in the description below.
16.75 -> First, make sure to completely exit out of
the application on your mobile device and
22.13 -> open up your native settings application.
25.31 -> On iOS devices, tap on General and then on
Date & Time.
31.72 -> Make sure that your device is setting the
time automatically, so simply enable the Set
36.829 -> Automatically option.
39.539 -> When using the automatic time option, you
should also disable your VPN service in case
44.699 -> you are using one.
46.699 -> This can be done in your settings as well.
50.28 -> Back in your main settings, disable this VPN
option while trying to launch Apex Legends
55.78 -> the next time.
57.62 -> Next, scroll down to your Apex Legends Settings
and make sure that the Mobile Data option
63.499 -> is enabled.
65.51 -> You can then try to re-launch Apex Legends.
69.93 -> In case the network connection error persists,
then you should make sure that you are using
74.41 -> a reliable network connection and that the
Apex Legends servers are operational.
80.73 -> Open up your favorite browser and search for
Apex Legends server status, or simply click
87.06 -> on the link in the description below.
89.96 -> On this page you can preview server outage
reports in the last 24 hours for the Steam,
96.34 -> Origin, Xbox version and so on.
99.88 -> Below, preview server issues for Crossplay,
the Lobby and Matchmaking servers or Logins.
107.65 -> You should also make use of the Live Report
Map.
111.15 -> This will allow you to see where these reports
are coming from.
115.04 -> In case the server seems to be operational,
then make use of a speed testing site or application,
120.81 -> such as Speedtest.
122.96 -> This will give you an average latency, upload
and download speed for your connection.
128.53 -> In case your ping is higher than 100ms, or
you are having an unstable download speed,
134.09 -> then you should consider using a different
network connection to play Apex Legends on
139.2 -> your mobile device.
141.29 -> To further improve your network connection,
you can restart your router or modem if you
146.5 -> haven’t done this in a while.
148.219 -> Next, in your AppStore or Google PlayStore,
look up Apex Legends.
154.54 -> This will show you if the application is up
to date, which could otherwise also prevent
158.72 -> you from playing the game.
160.719 -> Lastly, make sure to restart your mobile device
in case you haven’t done this in a while.
167.209 -> This will restart some services and processes
and in a lot of cases fix the network connection
