I spent days to re-installing cyberpunk 2077 after patch 1.5 update, clean install, updating GPU driver, etc, and all of them doesn’t solve my issue, luckily I got this solution from cdprojektred forum, hope it can help your similar issue. I think it is just a temporary solution and we still need to wait for the official update from CDPR.
