When your Hoover washing machine displays the E16 error code, it means it is no longer able to heat the water inside the appliance. As such, the heater element is most likely faulty and will need to be replaced. Here, Mat runs you through the washing machine heating element replacement process step by step so you can get your appliance working properly once more.
