How to solve an error occurred while checking for a software update :


1.One of my subscriber ask to me,why it shows this kind of message and what is the meaning of this issue?.

2.This is occurs due to three possible reasons.

3.One is due to your wifi or mobile data connection not working properly.

4.And the second one of the reason is due to battery backup goes to drain.

5.And the final one of the reason is due to date and time settings.

6.So i hope if you follow this simple steps,finally this problem is solved in permanently.
