Start by going to Settings, General and check your WordPress address url and site URL and make sure they are the exact same.

We are looking here because WordPress allows you to stay logged in based on the url.

If you use a different url your WordPress site it can’t authenticate to the session so it logs you out.

If you can’t access the admin area you can use a FTP client to edit your wp-config file and add two lines of code to it.
