5.96 -> Hi I'm Mat from eSpares.
9.45 -> in this video I will be showing how to
identify and error code
13.19 -> in an LG washing machine. Your washing machine will display an error code
18.09 -> if the machine has a problem.
On LG machines this is indicated
23.11 -> by a couple of letters
on the digital readout.
26.86 -> Now error codes are guided and can be
misleading
29.93 -> they should certainly be used to
identify what is going wrong.
34.12 -> Now remember before carrying out any work
on the appliance always make sure you un plug it first.
40.24 -> Now here is the list of the LG error codes for washing machines.
44.8 -> First off is C L or child lock.
48.32 -> Now check your instructions but on this
model this can be turned
51.69 -> on and off by pressing and holding these
two buttons here.
55.1 -> If you machine is displaying 0 E this is output error.
58.149 -> It means the machine is not being able to empty correctly
63.38 -> So check the pump and check for any
debris that might be stuck in the filter.
76.54 -> if you machine is displaying I E that is input error.
81.26 -> It means the machines had a problem filling with water
84.66 -> check for a kinked or trapped hose and also check the valves inside
the machine
91.32 -> Now D E is a door error
93.869 -> so ensure that the door can close
properly
98.04 -> and if the problem persists suspect the
lock itself.
102.8 -> Now if your machine displays U E after a cycle.
106.6 -> This is unbalanced error
108.159 -> and the machine cannot balance out
the wash load.
111.28 -> so make sure inside the drum the you
have similarly weighted items
114.71 -> because if you don't the machine
won't spin any further.
118.509 -> And you can see other video on how to
prevent a noisy washing machine on spin.
123.48 -> Now if your machine displays S E
125.56 -> this is a motor sensor error.
130.5 -> Check the sensor itself, its connections
134.91 -> and if the problem persists check the
control board.
139.27 -> If your machine is displaying L E this
is a lock error.
143.07 -> And again if the door not shutting
properly
146.73 -> suspect the lock.
150.33 -> F E relates to a filling error so if your
machine has
154.46 -> over filled checked that the valves
157.89 -> can stop the water and also check the
pressure hoses and the switch.
165.29 -> PE relates to a pressure switch error
168.64 -> so check the pressure switch hose for
blockages and holes.
173.78 -> And also the pressure switch itself and hose
178.32 -> and its connections.
180.18 -> T E relates to a temperature error.
183.13 -> which means that the water
temperature sensor
186.13 -> is not giving the correct readings so
check its connections
189.78 -> and if necessary replace the water
sensor itself
198.04 -> So there we have the washing machine error code on LG washing machines.
203.64 -> Remember these are a guide and can mislead
206.31 -> the do you have a look at our Advice Centre for up-to-date information.
210.01 -> Also a faulty module cannot be proved to
be faulty unless it has been replaced.
216.02 -> Parts for washing machines and washer dryers
219.32 -> for all makes and
manufactures are available
