0.32 -> What’s up guys, in this tutorial, I will show
you how to fix the Roblox error code 267 “you
6.4 -> were kicked from this game” when trying to join or
while playing a Roblox experience on your PC.
12.64 -> This should be quite an easy tutorial,
for more information, click on the first
17.2 -> link in the description below.
First of all, make sure that you are
21.84 -> using your default browser when navigating
through Roblox.com and starting up games.
28.96 -> Completely exit out of your
browser by closing all windows
32.8 -> and then right-click the browser in
your system tray and select Exit.
38.16 -> On your Windows PC, search for Default Apps to
open up your default application system settings.
46.24 -> Here, search for the browser you are
using for Roblox, in my case that
50.8 -> would be Google Chrome and select it.
You can then click on Set default to make
57.12 -> Google Chrome your default browser, or
any other browser you wish to use.
63.2 -> When this is done, re-open your
browser and navigate to Roblox.com.
68.8 -> From here, select your extensions icon on the
top right and select Manage Extensions. Similar
76.4 -> options are available when using a different
browser such as Firefox, Edge or Opera.
83.68 -> If you’re using an ad blocking extension or any
other extension which could prevent a website
89.36 -> from loading and showing content then make sure
to disable it temporarily to see if this fixes the
96.08 -> “you were kicked from this game”
after starting up an experience.
100.64 -> If this doesn’t fix the error, then disable
any scripts which could be running on your PC
105.84 -> with Roblox Studio for example or any other cheat
engines, mod software and third-party applications
113.84 -> which can change your games files on your PC,
as the Roblox player will not allow potential
119.76 -> cheat software while Roblox is running.
In your Task Manager, identify these processes,
127.2 -> right-click the task and select End Process. In
my case that could be CCleaner, my Anti-Virus
135.2 -> application or a game launcher such as Steam
which is currently installing a new game.
142.56 -> In addition, you should prevent these apps from
starting up automatically in the Startup Apps
148.24 -> tab of your Task Manager. Simply right-click the
applications in question and select Disable.
155.6 -> To further troubleshoot this problem, make sure
that parts of the Roblox player application
160.64 -> are not being blocked by your Windows Firewall.
163.76 -> Search for Firewall to open up your Firewall &
Network Protection system settings window.
171.12 -> Here, click on Allow an app through firewall.
A new window will open up. Click on
178.64 -> Change settings, and then try to locate
the Roblox application in this list.
184.72 -> In case you’re unable to find it,
then click on Allow another app.
189.76 -> Next, click on Browse, and your
file explorer will open up.
194.24 -> The file path for the Roblox application is first
of all the drive on which you saved the game on,
200.08 -> most commonly your C: drive, Users > your username
> AppData > Roaming > Microsoft > Windows >
213.6 -> Start Menu > Programs > Roblox and here
select the Roblox Player application.
223.12 -> This will add Roblox to the Allowed
Applications list for your Windows Firewall.
228.4 -> Make sure that the application is checked
and you can then close this window.
233.68 -> If you feel like you have been banned
from the experience by the game admin,
237.76 -> then you will get the “you were kicked from this
game” error and there is not much you can do to
242.88 -> prevent this error, other than contacting
the admin and requesting to be unbanned.
249.12 -> As a last resort, you will have to
reinstall the Roblox application,
253.52 -> preferably to another drive.
256.72 -> In case you have any further issues
or problems following this tutorial,
261.36 -> then I suggest following my extensive
guide linked in the description below.
266.08 -> I hope this helped you out, leave a comment if you
have any questions and see you in the next one.
