The error “The program can’t start because D3D12.dll is missing from your computer, try reinstalling the program” . It is caused due to visual 3d failure.
In short your computer’s Direct X is outdated, microsoft suggests downloading and installing the the direct X, but that’s time consuming. To solve the easy way in just 3 mins:

First Search for D3D12.dll and download (.dll)
Then Place the D3D12.dll to C:\Winodws\system32 (32 bit and 64 bit)
Fibally Place the downloaded dll to C:\Winodws\sysWOW64 (only 64 bit)and reboot
