.16 -> what you guys got another video here for
.92 -> you in this one we're going to be
.2 -> looking at
.24 -> windows 10 automatic repair and how it
.719 -> can help you
.599 -> repair your windows 10 operating system
.4 -> now if you're having issues with
.24 -> say for instance booting up issues where
.88 -> you're getting reboot loops or
.72 -> you may be getting to the desktop but
.16 -> you've got pop-ups or some sort of issue
.56 -> after you've booted up maybe a program
.32 -> you've installed driver issues
.8 -> windows updates issues corrupt registry
.68 -> or corrupt windows files
.36 -> and you've this is normally the first
.04 -> step that you can try to try and fix a
.12 -> lot of those issues so we'll go through
.28 -> um the fixing process of this from the
.559 -> desktop
.52 -> and then also if you can't boot the
.28 -> system and you're not been able to get
.12 -> into safe mode or anything like that
.559 -> then we'll try
.68 -> boot into the actual windows disk and
.8 -> i'll show you can do the same
.079 -> process from there as well so let's
.239 -> start off with the desktop process
.16 -> first so as you can see here we've just
.04 -> got
.92 -> the start button here going to click on
.439 -> this and we're going to come down to
.2 -> where it says settings and if you click
.64 -> on settings here
.4 -> inside this settings panel you can come
.4 -> down to where it says
.439 -> update and security click on that there
.4 -> and this will then open up the update
.32 -> and security
.36 -> window come down to where it says
.2 -> recovery
.68 -> and then you will see advanced startup
.92 -> so you see here startup
.84 -> from devices or disk such as usb
.04 -> or dvd change windows startup settings
.88 -> or restore windows from a system image
.6 -> this will
.759 -> restart your pc so this is the area
.64 -> we're going to go to
.6 -> okay so first off click on this and this
.32 -> will restart your system
.159 -> so once you've restarted your system you
.32 -> want to come down to where it says
.84 -> troubleshoot hit this area here
.119 -> and then as you can see here we've got a
.36 -> couple of options we're going to go into
.64 -> advanced
.28 -> options here and then as you can see
.72 -> here we've now got
.16 -> some options here now startup repair is
.52 -> what you want to be hitting here
.36 -> to try to fix problems that keep windows
.08 -> from loading properly
.76 -> so this is the area here so if you click
.84 -> on this this is going to run that for
-> you
.519 -> okay so now asked you to choose the
.36 -> account so we're going to choose the
.72 -> account yours will be different
.16 -> mine is a brightech so i'm going to
.08 -> click on this
.92 -> and we're going to push continue now if
.68 -> you've got your password here you need
.28 -> to enter your password
.28 -> you can change your keyboard layout here
.04 -> if you wish we're going to push continue
.8 -> then it'll start diagnosing your pc for
.879 -> any issues that you may be having
.04 -> and try to fix those issues for you
.48 -> now you see here start repair couldn't
.12 -> repair your pc
.68 -> press advanced options to try other
.159 -> options
.879 -> the reason why this is is because uh
.44 -> there's nothing wrong with the computer
.36 -> it's just me showing you what to do but
.519 -> if you had problems it would hopefully
.2 -> try to repair this
.56 -> and it will be notified here okay so
.68 -> you've got yourself a little log file
.28 -> here
.84 -> located in this location if you wanted
.92 -> to read that or post that onto a forum
.799 -> to someone to say that you've carried
.48 -> out the automatic repair
.64 -> the next option is to go to advanced
.64 -> options
.36 -> and again you can go into where it says
.159 -> troubleshoot here
.159 -> and there is some other options here so
.84 -> we're going to go back into advanced
.28 -> options and as you can see here you've
.799 -> got a system restore
.64 -> which is uh restoring the computer back
.879 -> to a time when the computer was working
.12 -> properly and normally you can set this
.84 -> up so
.72 -> you can actually roll that computer back
.64 -> to that time
.159 -> system image recovery um is
.2 -> basically recovering the pc from an
.04 -> image uh
.239 -> startup repair which is what we've
.599 -> covered also you've got your command
.36 -> prompt startup settings and so on here
.159 -> um basically these your other options
.799 -> that you've got as well
.799 -> so let me just show you how you can get
.56 -> this if you can't boot up the machine if
.639 -> you have any issues
.84 -> and you want to get to this area so
.28 -> we're going to boot up to either a
.12 -> recovery cd or we're going to boot up to
.32 -> a windows cd
.08 -> so they've restart the pc
.12 -> uh before i do that i just want to cover
.96 -> this reset the pc this is going to reset
.36 -> your pc
.72 -> back to a time and reinstalls windows
-> you will lose a lot of um programs and
.12 -> stuff like that it will wipe your
.32 -> machine so you've got to be a bit
.36 -> careful when you're doing that so what
.639 -> we're going to do here is just reboot
.24 -> the system
.52 -> to a window cd or recovery cd
.88 -> so as you can see i'm on a dual boot
.479 -> system here windows 10 with linux
.96 -> mint uh the windows boot menu offers you
.84 -> some other options as you see here
.36 -> please specify advanced options for this
.759 -> choice
.32 -> which is f8 so i'm going to be doing
.84 -> that
.4 -> but once you get to this stage you can
.8 -> now see we've got some other options
.639 -> open to us and uh you can see here now
.68 -> we can see
.8 -> that we've got f10 for more options
.479 -> and launch recovery environment so i'm
.24 -> going to do that push one
.52 -> and again it's the same old process here
-> of
.84 -> troubleshoot advanced options
.24 -> and then you can do your startup repair
.36 -> and run that so as you can see here it's
.32 -> as simple as that really you could just
-> go through the same process with the
.84 -> cd as you continue here and it will
.68 -> start to do a check and diagnose the pc
.08 -> so we're just going to go back and
.039 -> continue to windows 10.
.919 -> so hopefully after you've followed that
.36 -> process your system should be back up
.68 -> and running and should be fixed
.639 -> and that's how you can run the automatic
.56 -> repair in windows 10 to fix a lot of
.639 -> those
.36 -> niggling issues that you may be having
.36 -> with windows 10 so my name is brian from
