For Windows 11:    • Apps and Games not Opening in Windows…  

RECOMMENDED: Do these steps in Safe Mode if you face any problem in doing these steps
A- stop windows update: right click on taskbar I task manager I services I open services I locate “windows update” and stop the service
B- delete these two folders
“C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore”
“C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download”
Please RESTART your computer to apply the changes!
