0.66 -> -Hi, this is Kevin.
1.94 -> Today we're going to troubleshoot a problem P02 and E02 and 03
9.48 -> once you have the continous ink system.
13.66 -> The reason is that the cable is too short
16.02 -> so it can't reach the left side of the printer
20.06 -> if you have a P02 error.
22.94 -> Let's say, this is a perfect printer,
25.02 -> so I'm going to move the cable to the right,
28.2 -> make it shorter on the left and then you'll see what happens.
33.2 -> That's P02 error.
36.78 -> Happily, P03 is you can reach the right side of the printer.
42.28 -> It depends on where your ink tank is.
45.08 -> Maybe you do not have long enough cable.
47.78 -> In that case, you move the tank to the front a little bit
52.62 -> so you give it more tube to work with.
57.94 -> If you're a quality person, you can take the cartridge out
62.22 -> and then you measure 24 centimeters from the base of this clip
69.82 -> and then you mark it with a tape or something.
75.76 -> Here's 24, then you mark it with a tape.
80.24 -> That marker should be about the center of the printer.
84.26 -> Here, a little bit short here,
85.88 -> so we going to move the tube to the center of the printer.
91.78 -> This should solve the P02, P03 errors.
98.86 -> If you got an error E02 or E03,
102.64 -> that's because this cable is too tight and the door cannot be properly closed.
108.38 -> If you look at the door on the left side,
111.58 -> there's poker, that's the door trigger.
117.26 -> If that trigger cannot be fully inserted,
120.72 -> the door is not properly closed
124.6 -> so still you need to a longer cable so we can securely close the door.
134.44 -> I hope this solve your problems. Happy printing.
140.06 -> You come here you don't have a CIS
143.42 -> and those errors is because your cartridge cannot move
148.08 -> to the particular position
149.46 -> and you can think of what happened and then troubleshoot it.
